Our Story
Our history began in 2019, when we relocated to Orlando, Florida. From the start, we have been fascinated by the transformative power of maintaining and restoring things. After two years of research and market analysis, we launched an exterior cleaning company (sometimes called a building-maintenance or property-care firm) to bring that vision to life.
Drawing on our extensive background in mechanical and industrial engineering, we founded the company as Advanced Precision Cleaning.

Omar (Owner) began his aerospace career at Pratt and Whitney on 2008, focusing on the design of commercial and military engine turbines parts. In 2019, he joined Lockheed Martin as an International Trade Compliance Staff Engineer. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineer and an M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from the Polytechnics University of Puerto Rico.

Jenipher (CEO) began her industrial career at Avon Puerto Rico on 2008, focusing on projects improvements related to production lines. In 2013, she joined Thermo King as a senior project engineer, overseeing improvements across various manufacturing areas. This includes Process Flow & Layout, Production Scheduling, Lean Waste Elimination, Quality & Defect Reduction, and Capacity Planning. In 2019 she founded her own company and has been operating it continuously to the present day. ​
